Your account

You need a free account to use BeemMeUp. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

Pro subscription

Pro costs $12.99 a month or $129 a year, in US dollars, paid in advance through Stripe. No sales tax is added at checkout.

Pro renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Account → Billing; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.

The early-access price stays the same for as long as your subscription stays active. If we change the price for new subscribers, your subscription keeps the price you signed up at.

Refunds

Pro comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. The refund policy explains how it works.

When Pro ends

Nothing is deleted straight away. You keep read, download and export access to your library, and we hold your cloud files for 30 days so you can download them before the free limits apply again.

Your files

What you upload or render stays yours. We store and process it only to run the service for you. Only upload media you have the right to use.

Fair use

Don’t use BeemMeUp to break the law, to attack or overload the service, to get into other people’s accounts, or to resell access.

We may suspend an account that does any of these.

The service

BeemMeUp is in early access and is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and your files safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them.
