Refund policy

Within 7 days of a payment

Write to hello@beemmeup.io from the email on your account within 7 days of the payment. We refund it in full, no questions asked, and end the subscription at the same time.

The refund goes back to the payment method you used. Your bank usually shows it within 5–10 business days.

After 7 days

We don’t give partial refunds for unused time. Cancel from Account → Billing and the subscription won’t renew; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.

What happens to your files

When a refund ends Pro, your account goes back to the free plan. You keep read, download and export access to your library, and we hold your cloud files for 30 days.

Students and educators

Pro is free for students and for educators teaching with BeemMeUp, so there is nothing to refund. Write to us from your institution address to switch it on.
